There is a new bagel place that opened up in the 7-11 strip mall at Casino Rd. and Rt. 9 North.  The name is BAGEL EXCHANGE and wondered if anyone has been there yet.  If so, how are the bagels?  Price?  Cleaniness?  I know, I'm asking for alot!   Grin

I went there today... Bagels were very good... I recommend them.  Place was clean..... Service was friendly... Price was about the same as every othe rplace... Baker's Dozen $10.80 same price as Terrace Bagels... Bagels were hot and it was closed to noon so they must bake all morning...
I would go back again

I think the bagels are excellent. Crusty on the outside and soft inside. Not at all like bread rolled up. The cream cheese is good too. It's slightly tangy and not at all floury like some brands. Order an everything bagel with cream cheese and forget eating for the rest of the day.

Usually I'm not an 'everything' person but here each spice or herb is full of flavor. Maybe it's because they have not been open long enough for the flavors to fade in storage.

A plus is that I can get there using the back roads and avoiding all red lights. By the way, the hours are like 5:30am to 3:00pm. No after school treat. They also have chocolate croissants that are like the ones Milk n More used to sell.
