While I'm new to posting I have been reading for many years.  While on the 5 guys website I noticed this about coupons
Q: Does Five Guys offer coupons or discounts?

A: Five Guys does not offer any coupons or discounts. Heck, employees at the Five Guys can only get free burgers if they are working in the store! Why? We strive to serve the highest quality product possible, at a reasonable price, everyday! We do not discount the price of our product because we refuse to discount the quality of our product.

While they do make very good fries I think the burgers are overpriced.

Overpriced might depend on which burger u order. Their "standard" burger is actully a double-burger.

$8.00 + for 2 patties some toppings and fries, little steep. They are very good and not frozen meat, I've been eating them occasionally for about 2 years.  But again to each thier own.

at work..i spend anywhere from 7 to 10 dollars a day for lunch. nothing heavy or extensive. And this is in a "subsidized" cafeteria and neighborhood places. and this is in NJ not NYC. A hero in that italian deli in quail creek plaza (ramtown) with a potato salad side costs me upwards of 10 dollars. I think its a sign of the times.

Food places in Howell are a big thing. Shame they have to feed the kids at school whole wheat pizza.

I am sorry, but was there last night, waited 30 minutes to get our $30.00 order (2 burgers, 1 small burger, 1 hot dog and fries) and was not impressed at all.  Tasted like a cross between McDonalds and Wendys only greasier.  Frys were thick, soggy,  greasy and gross and were shoved tightly into a paper cup.  Even tried to crisp up fries in oven when I got home but no luck, just made them browner and soggier.  So not worth the money or the wait time.  Give me a Bubba Burger or one from Fritzy's anytime.  Will never go back, we just had to see what all the hubbub was all about.  Sorry, just our opinion.
