Governor Corzine State of the State address to us all goes like this. This is the short version and not poitically correct.
Dear fellow New Jersersians,
In my 3 years as Governor I have done nothing to help you or the state and looks like I will do even less this last year so do vote for me again as we have a ot of work to do.  :-?
