Actually... Deviled eggs are one of my favorite dishes. You can use half or even a quarter of the yolks to keep the cholestoral count down. They are also one of the easier finger foods to eat if you use regular size eggs. It's also a great way to get kids to eat eggs.

I enjoy them too.  And don't forget a sprinkle of dill - makes all the difference.  

Did you watch the video?  I saw this on a MAD TV episode and it had me rolling.  22 straight hours of a "deviled egg eggstravaganza."
