I do this recipe by eye but I’ll try to figure out the measurements.
I make this a couple times a month and the wife will take the leftovers to work for lunch. All the girls at work hover around hoping for a taste, I guess they like it.

1 lb. Cleaned shrimp.
3-5 cloves of garlic chopped.
Basil dry or fresh to taste.
Parsley dry or fresh to taste.
Oregano dry or fresh to taste.
1 cup white wine
A few drops Tabasco or other pepper sauce.
A few red pepper flakes to taste.
Salt
Pepper
Italian flavored breadcrumbs
Olive oil
Butter
The juice of one lemon.

Simmer garlic over very low hear in olive oil and butter. DO NOT brown the garlic. Just cook it low for about 5 or 10 minutes. Add Tabasco and red pepper flakes. Cook about 3 minutes more. Turn heat up to high and add lemon juice, salt, pepper and herbs. Let pan get very hot about a minute or so and add wine. Let sauce cook on high heat about 3 –5 minutes for the sauce to reduce a little. Add shrimp and turn off heat. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over top and put under broiler till breadcrumbs are browned and shrimp is cooked through.

Serve over linguini as a meal or with a fresh piece of crusty bread as an appetizer and enjoy.
