The former Turkish place.. that changed to the short lived Pia Lingue, ( That must have been a record) is now becoming a breakfast place.

I think people get into these places underestimating the costs, Rent, Insurance, permits, etc plus the amount of time required.

It has been open several days now. I drive past it every morning around 7:15 am. I have yet to see a single car in the lot at that hour. The owners should park some cars out front and put up a big sign for free coffee or free danish or something to get people to realize it is open and to get them in the door.

I tried the food when it was Portuguese, and was not impressed. I tried it when it was Turkish, and returned several times. I tried it when it was Pina Linguina, and was not impressed. I probably won't try it now, because I eat breakfast at home.

It is a difficult location. They need more (some) advertising.

I agree with Paul, went there this morning. Good, fresh, food, friendly service. Decent prices.
