I noticed there were questions regarding this on another Howell board. Perhaps this answers some of the questions. Having the two events in the same month is logical.
Now... does this pertain to cats as well? They are stressing dogs on the Licensing notification. Cats are now required to be registered
yearly as well. (In the past it was every 3 years) It's just as important for owners to register their cats, even more so as there are so many roaming and they can carry rabies too.
