I play chess, and I was wondering if anybody on the board likes to play too.

I found a modification to the board that allows you to play chess games against other members in a "postal chess" type format. If anybody is interested, I can install it and we can start playing chess online here and make our claim to be the chess champion of HowellNJ.com! My bets are on Leon to win any tournament we have.

There has to be at least 5 people who will say they will play some games on here to give me the push to install the mod, so post your intentions to play in this thread.

Joe,

Same with me.  I use to play a lot but haven't sat in front of a board in at least a year.  Now you have your five (with Leon) so get to work.

Joe,
How would it look?  Would we have to keep a board or some equivalent on our end and post the moves?  Or is there a graphical interface that comes with the mod?

Joe,

I'm assuming this is the kind of board that allows a game to run on forever?  i.e - we make a move, the board reflects the move and it stays that way until the opponent makes his move?  Even though that could be a week later?

Yes, just like postal chess. I think you can time moves, but it's not mandatory.
